Ricardo Binder
President of the Board

Civil Engineer from Engineering School at the Faculty of Physic Sciences and Mathematics at Universidad de Chile and Science Master in Civil Engineering (MIT).
Between 1978 and 1988 he held several positions in Empresa Constructora Tecsa (Tecsa Construction Company), such as Construction Site Engineer and Operation Manager of Empresa Constructora Tecsa S.A. From 1989 to 2003 he was General Manager of Tecsa Montajes S.A. (Tecsa Assembly).

Gustavo Binder
Director

Civil Engineer and Master in Soil Mechanics from Universidad de Chile. He works in Tecsa since 1979 holding the positions of Director and Project Manager from 1979 to 2003. He also worked as Quality and Environment Management Department Co-ordinator from 1999 to 2003.
Between 1994 and 2003, he directed the “Enfierradura” Department of Tecsa Equipos y Hormigones branch (Tecsa Equipment and Concrete); and from 1979 to 2003, he was Visitor and/or Administrator Engineer of several works.

Máximo Honorato
Director

Civil Engineer in Hydraulics from the School of Engineering at Universidad de Chile. Since 1965 until today, he has been partner, General Manager and Executive Vice-President of Captagua Ingeniería S.A. (Captagua Engineering). From 2000 and 2003 he was Director of Montajes Tecsa S.A. (Tecsa Assembly). He held, among others, the following positions: President of Inter American Federation of Construction Industry, President of the Chilean Chamber of Construction, and President of the School of Engineers. He was Director of Financiera Fusa (Financial Company), Aseguradora Magallanes (Insurance Company), Isapre Consalud, Banco Concepción, Soletanche Bachy Chile, and Icare.

Roberto Klotz
Director

Civil Engineer from the School of Engineering at Universidad Católica de Chile.
He works in Constructora Tecsa since 1980, holding the position of Operation Manager between 1997 to 2003. In the period 1980 and 1996, he was Technical Manager and Chief Engineer of Projects, and between 1985 to 1988 he was Administrative Engineer of important works. He worked in Caracas, Venezuela, in Constructora Ingecil S.A. (Construction Company) and in Germany in Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG. Construction Company.

Otto Kunz
Director

Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile. He has post degree studies in Germany, at Universidad Técnica de Brauschweig and Universidad Técnica de München, obteining mentions in Projects and Industrial Construction and Construction Company Adminstration.
Fron 1978 to 2003, he was Works Engineer, Project Manager, and Director of Constructora Tecsa S.A. He started to work in Tecsa in 1963, but he interrupted his job in the company from 1971 to 1978, a period where he worked in Philipp Holzmann AG. Company, in Germany.
Currently, he is President of the Chilean Chamber of Construction.

Gabriel Del Favero
Director

Lawyer from the School of Law at Universidad Católica de Chile, with post degree studies in Philosophy of Law at the Insitute of Philosophy in Law at University of Rome and a Master in Political Sciences at the Institute of Political Sciencies at Universidad Católica de Chile.
Since 1976, he is Partner-Manager of Jara, Del Favero & Cía. Ltda. Law Firm. Currently, he is Director of EMASA and Associated Investigator of Centro de Estudios Públicos (CEP) (Centre of Public Studies). In addition, he was Director of Olivetti Chile S.A., member of the National Consultative Council of the National Commission of Environment, President and Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Chile, and President of Eurocámaras.

Hans Walter Lange Haensgen
Director

In May, Empresas Tecsa S.A.incorporated Mr. Hans Walter Lange Haensgen to its board of directors. He is Engineer in Agronomy, Doctor in Physiologic Chemistry, master in Business Administration, and Master in Business Management.
Curently, he is Partner-Director of South America Brokers Insurance Company and participates in the board of directors of EMARESA, MATHIESEN, MACO, AUDI and INTERNATIONAL.
